Blogging is just so time consuming

When writing a blog you always plan on writing every day (or at least once a week). As it's been three months (and a day) since my last post I guess that's gone out of the window.

After starting a new job and trying to tie off all of the commitments that I had from being self-employed it seems that I've had no time at all. I'm so far behind on book deadlines, still trying to tie off loose ends (a music downloads site and a print magazine site) from being self-employed, finishing off a MegaGuide for Preplogic, and trying to complete the PADI Rescue Diver and PADI Deep Diver courses.

Not to mention that I've screwed my ankle (apparently I've knackered the calcaneofibular and anterior talofibular ligaments) but they can't decide until I've had three months of physio what the real damage is. So that'll be five months where I've not been able to walk properly before they consider an MRI scan to see what the damage actually is.

So at the moment I'm trying to keep my head above water on the BAND 3.5 writing front. The MegaGuide should be finished this weekend along with Chapter 6, and both development loose ends should be sorted by the end of the month. That'll hopefully give me a good two months to write and hopefully get all the first drafts of BAND 3.5 done before Christmas. A week diving in Egypt over New Year and then hopefully an easier time with 2nd drafts of BAND 3.5.
