SQL Server User Instances

Note to self – remember to read this blog post when they don’t work.

• Step 1 – Run it as Local System not Network Service.
• Step 2 – Delete the SQLEXPRESS folder from C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server Data.
