BAND2 is turning into a long old slog. Eventually finished the first draft of C07 on Thursday morning (all 60 odd pages of it) and then managed to get the second draft of C02 completed today (which managed to go from 40 pages to 55 - that'll teach me for covering MySQL 5.0 as well as SQL Server 2005).
I'm supposed to have C08 completed by the weekend but I think I'm going to have to concentrate on second drafts of C03, C04 and C05 this week. My editor is going to get annoyed real-soon-now so got to try and get back onto some sort of agreed timescale.
